Umbrella Notice
All deck and loft level umbrellas should be closed into the down position when not in use, especially when storms are approaching. Previously a large umbrella was picked up by the wind and land in the street below. Another large umbrella on a loft level roof nearly picked up and turned over a privacy wall and land on the next-door neighbor's top roof deck. Please be aware of the dangers of open umbrellas and the wind.
2024 Pool Information
The Brownstones at Park Potomac 2024 Pool season will operate during the following dates and times:
Opening Date: 5/25/2024
Closing Date: 9/2/2024
Daily schedule is as follows:
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday: TIME 11:00AM-8:00PM
Saturday Sunday: TIME 10:00AM-8:00PM
Holiday Hours: TIME 10:00AM-8:00PM

Clubroom Update
At the request of homeowners, the Board of Directors has had the clubroom unlocked and is now open for use by owners. The hours are the standard opening hours controlled by the security company that manages access to the outside front door.
For those who want to use the WIFI, the account name and password are on the wall in the lobby and in the clubroom. Nothing has changed for this amenity.
Restricted open times are as follows:
- During Board of Director meetings typically the third Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm, or reserved by the Board of Directors for special events and meetings. All subject to change.
- During the hours that an owner has reserved, and is renting the clubroom for an event, such as a birthday party, etc. Please be respectful of those who have a reserved time for those events.
- During the time of which the cleaning crew is actively cleaning the clubroom, generally on Thursdays between 7am -1pm. If you see the cleaning crew working in the clubroom, give them some time to finish. Please don’t walk on a wet floor.
- All trash or debris generated by each user must be removed from the premises, and or deposited into the trash receptacle in the kitchen area.
- No guest usage without owner being present.
- Proper usage of the clubroom facilities and all equipment and furniture.
- No loud music that disturbs others in the room, use earbuds.
- Treat the facility as it is your home, as it is a part of our homes, and our community.
- Enjoy your time in the facility.
THERE ARE VIDEO CAMERAS ACTIVELY RECORDING AT ALL TIMES IN THE CLUBROOM BUILDING AND OUTSIDE AT THE POOL AREA.
Board of Directors' Meetings
The next Board of Directors Meeting of the Brownstones at Park Potomac is scheduled to take place Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 6:30 PM. Please check the Calendar for any updates or changes.

If you are planning to sell your home, please be aware that you must contact the
Managing Agent for a resale package, an inspection of your lot may be conducted, and you may
be required to correct any covenant violations prior to settlement.
